As a follow-up to the information presented at our Strategic Planning meeting regarding the effects of fatigue, we would like to ask for your input. Please reply to this survey by Friday, 1/25/08.



These questions are very general, and are intended solely to determine the level of interest regarding modifying our current call structure. At this time, no specific proposals have been submitted for consideration, and we are not soliciting proposals at this time.
