Hello SCJ Staff:

Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to complete this technology survey. My goal is to find out more about you, your technology skills, where you are, and where you want to go. If you have received this email, I would like to have a response from you.

This survey will address three areas: (1) personal technology skills, (2) technology usage, and (3) technology integration.

My goal is to discover areas in which our staff desires technology training or professional development, identify issues inhibiting technology integration, and generate ideas for how the technology committee can provide technology assistance to staff.

Again, thank you! I am very lucky to work with such an awesome group of people!

Amy Heppe
