You are invited to participate in our survey that is looking at what are the facilitators and barriers to implementing and using a best practice outcome measure assessment tool in Australasian Spinal Rehabilition Units. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. You can withdraw from the survey at any point without having to give a reason and without being disadvantaged in anyway.Completed surveys will be issued a unique identification number. As such, your identity will not be connected to any information you provide in the survey and is anonymous. Information such as the SCI unit you work in, your profession, however, will be collected.
