It should take less than 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire - there are only two sections, one with some profile questions and then a section on the tv packages with six questions.
Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third party or used for any purposes other than this research exercise. Important Background
We are investigating the potential demand for a new satellite TV service in the UK.
The new service requires a satellite dish and will work with an existing Sky or Freesat one. It will require the purchase of a set-top box which is available in two variants:
* A tuner that plugs into the TV to give access to the satellite channels (including HD) using a 7-day electronic programme guide and channel selection via a remote control in the usual way. Cost £159.
* A personal video recorder with the same functionality as the tuner plus a 500GB hard drive. Cost £299.
Both boxes also have an Ethernet connection which will allow access to catch-up services such as BBCiPlayer.
If you do not have a satellite dish you would need to have one fitted. The installed cost of a dish is £75.
