You are invited to participate in our post-Board meeting survey.  In this survey, Directors will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the quality of pre-meeting information, meeting effectiveness, and whether Directors are fulfilling their duties.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. However, we appreciate your participation and think it is very important for the growth and overall functioning of the Board to learn your opinions.
