Cancellation Policy
 
 
If, for any reason, the student is unable to attend the training session, Zeacom reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows:

- 5-10 business days notification = 50% fee
- 10+ business days notification = 25% fee

The enrolled student may be replaced with another student at anytime prior to the course without additional fees.
