What are your main objectives with social media? Ie: Product placement, personnel promotion such as staff birthdays, job promotions, footy tipping results, dress up days, charity fund raising.

Who are your main competitors?

Is your website current & update with the latest information regarding products and services that you offer? We will use this to paraphrase and create a social media strategy.

Will you provide a specific person within the company to act as a liaison with us? For the purpose of providing all relevant information as required. Ie: photos, blogs, specials, new product info etc etc.

Will the aforementioned liaison also be whom we send the weekly roster of social media posts to for approval? If not who will be the approver?
