Renter Details

* How many adults and children will be living at the property? Please note anyone else living at the property and not listed here shall be considered as violation of the lease agreement and lessee subject to 2000$ fine per month. So please be upfront and let us know details about each person who will be living at the property. It is required by law. Please provide First Name, Last Name, Relationship and Date of Birth for each person.

* Do you have any pets or plan to get any pets? If yes, Please provide info such as breed, weight etc. Please note there is a 500$ cleaning fee for pets. Residents are also responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Please acknowledge this.

Please provide employer or business information such as company name, website info and employers' human resources contact number. We will call for verification only after completion of background check.

* Please provide your monthly income amount, we will require proof of income before Lease agreement is signed.

Please provide your current or previous landlord's contact information and the reason for your move.

We require electronic auto-pay of the rent amount every month, will you have any difficulty with that ?
