Regence Women's Leadership Events

In late January some of our female leaders had the opportunity to attend a luncheon with women from The Regence Group Board of Directors. The purpose of this event was networking and leadership development. There were three topics of discussion: women as leaders, work/life balance and navigating the leadership path. The event seemed to be a success and annectodal feedback has been positive.
