This has been his struggle since his childhood days.

What are the effects does the issue have on your life and or normal functioning?

For me as a Christian young man, I was molested from a child and it has affected him until now to the point that I engaged in the lifestyle. I have had relationships with other young men which ended badly, through verbal and physical abuse. Because of the struggle with homosexuality, I had to move from where I lived on several occasion and have been accused of being involved in the act to the point of nearly being killed. I had to move to live with my father and was only allowed to stay there for a few months.

What kind of intervention was engaged?

I was able to share with a few of my friends who then helped to some point, but then I knew I needed help so I sought professional counselling.

What were the results of the Intervention(s) engaged in?

Through the numerous counselling sessions I am encouraged me to deal with the past hurts and rejection of my childhood and learning how to deal with the struggles of Same Sex Attraction (SSA) and Man Sleeping with Man (M.S.M). To understand my identity in Christ and that I am loved by God.
