We invite you to take a brief survey. It examines how organizations are using – or plan to use – records management and document imaging activities as a business strategy. This includes spotlighting to what extent organizations are leveraging the potential benefits of records and imaging best practices. Part 1 focuses predominantly on records management; Part II highlights document imaging trends.
