Reader's Digest : Brand Equity

I thank you in advance for assisting me in completing my case study on Reader's Digest's Brand Equity (customers perspective) - this questionnaire is part of data collecting for my MBA pgogramme's assignment.

In this survey, approximately 100-120 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Reader's Digest's branding in customer's mind. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
