RE 10.x retrospective

ISSUE: Intraday testing process gaps were identified. One of them web services are not tested at all. TASK: To prepare testig matrix - what do we test and how do we test (e.g. webservices are not tested functionally)

ISSUE: We may increase our efficiency in release numbers testig by using productivity tool. TASK: Start productivity tool implemention with regards to release numbers testing

ISSUE: We have misunderstandig in goals and terms of smoke/acceptance/intagration/unit testings. TASK: To have a session where we confirm goals, terms and prepare action plan how we may automate them and make our environment nd other checks more effective ad quick

ISSUE: We still have troubles in following jira rules. At the same time current jira conventions document is long and hard. TASK: To prepare user-friendly artefct wich will contain use cases and good/bad practices.

ISSUE: Team doesn't aware about automation, plans and progress. TASK: Schedule sessions for the team about automation plans and progress

ISSUE: Performance testing streategy is ad hoc - if we have request or trouble. We already have some general/comon vision on that (how to make it as part of release process) TASK: To share with the dev team current approach

ISSUE: QA team has lack of JSM+CC instances TASK: To create requirements (how many JSM + CC are required) and request dev effort

ISSUE: We tried to setup RAIN on QA environment and failed. TASK: To setup RAIN on QA environment
