Exit Survey

Hello: You are invited to participate in our survey of CHALING. As a new launched brand by LVMH in 2016, CHALING is a cosmetic brand specifically taking use of Chinese local material called Pu'Er tea, as well as Chinese traditional culture. It only has two shops now, one is located in “Le bon Marché” in Paris and the other one is located in Harbour City in Hongkong. In Paris, it only sells cosmetics; however, in Hongkong, more products are sold in the store including tea-leaf and tea set. It also sets up a specialized area to teach consumers how to make tea.

There are 9 questions in this survey and it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. * what do you think about LVMH’s usage of Chinese herb and traditional Chinese culture, including how to make tea and traditional Chinese medical science?

It is Chinese who really know how to make tea rather than foreigners, so it is ridiculous that it offers service of teaching consumers to make tea.

It properly takes advantage of Chinese material and culture so that it can attract as well as please more Chinese consumers.
