Hello:
You are invited to participate in the Puesta del Sol Elementary PTA Financial and Program survey.
As your PTA Board begins our budgeting process and we review our mission and goals we thought it would be a good time to get feedback from our community and do our best to make sure that we are aligned in our efforts to support all of the children at Puesta del Sol.
Mission
To support, reinforce, enhance and promote our children’s education, health and well-being.• Support core and supplemental programs aimed at a well-rounded education.
• Provide a variety of community-building events, communications and volunteer opportunities to link families, school and the community
• Advocate for programs and policies that nurture youth and education.
• Promote inclusiveness within the diverse school community.
• Provide and manage resources for all of the above.
In this survey, you will be asked to complete questions about PTA fundraising and programs. It will take approximately [5-10] minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential (unless you decide to share your information) and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
