You are invited to participate in our Student Senate Practicum Survey. In this survey, students will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their various practicum experiences. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

1. Please list all of your FIT practicas (current and completed), including FLP, the Fatigue Management Team, and Memory Clinic. Provide a brief description of your experience at each practicum site.

2. Please also give a weekly average of face to face hours (assessment and therapy) you would get during each practicum.
