The idea of the survey is to understand the dynamics of Real Estate in relation to sustainability from the point of view of the market. To start I would like to refer to the definition of sustainable development stated by the WCED (World Commission on Environment and Development) from 1987 as: “development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”. The definition refers to sustainability as the 'triple bottom line' of economics, environment and society.
