Product Feedback Survey

Hello:
You have recently attended Exeter Show or Spring Fair on behalf of Mulberry Studios, therefore you are invited to participate in our survey for Mulberry Studios 2015 product lines. In this survey, approximately 20 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about improving our 2015 products.

This is part one of two surveys, based on the results of this survey you will receive another short survey that should help us retrieve a little more detail. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
