Hello

You are invited to participate in the industry consultation survey concerning the Potato Variety Database (PVD).

A representative selection of potato industry contacts will be asked to complete this short survey about key functions of the Potato Variety Database. It will take about 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

It's very important for us to learn your opinions, so your participation is strongly encouraged but is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project; however, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.

Your responses will help guide and shape the development work of the PVD.

The deadline for responses is 5pm on Friday 25 April.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Sophie Lock at 024 7647 8772 or by email at the email address specified at the end of the survey.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.

With thanks
Sophie Lock, Potato Council
