The goal of the IT-PMO is to provide just enough process to successfully deliver projects on time, on budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
How are we doing in regards to that objective? We need your input!
We ask that you complete it by 03/12/12. Note - this survey will be anonymous. No one will be able to associate your response with your identity. Survey results summary will published on or before March 23rd. It will be used to drive IT-PMO direction, ensuring focus is placed on the items that will provide the highest value.
