Hello:
You are invited to participate in my survey. In this survey, approximately 40 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Play Therapy and its process with aggressive children. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project/research. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any of the questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. Within session 1 how did the child present themselves ?
 
1. Not aggressive (playing and communicating effectively and calmly)
 
2. Slightly aggressive (being aggressive to toys, speaking loudly)
 
3. Aggressive (throwing sand or paint, damaging toys and posing a threat to the counsellor)
 
4. Very Aggressive (shouting, swearing breaking and damaging things within the play room)
 
 
 
At session 8 how would you rate the child's behaviours from that of the 1st session?.  Please tick which statement is more suitable to your aggressive client.
 
Still Aggressive - unable to continue with therapy due to safety
 
Slightly improvements - child is able to express more effectively and plays calmer with toys
 
Child has responded, to non-directive play well, within the use and practice of a safe base
 
Child has responded to directive play well, within the use and practice of a safe base.
