You have been selected as a member of a focus group to provide feedback on the call quality of the corporate phone system after the most recent upgrades were completed.  The CST team has identified you as someone who uses the corporate phone system as one of your primary tools in your day to day work.  Because of this, we feel that you will be able to provide us with the most relevant initial feedback about the Corporate phone system.
