Hello: Congratulations! You have been nominated by the Project Financial Management (PFM) Forum and/or PFM Process Steering Committee to participate in the Leighton Contractors PFM Competency Questionnaire.
In this survey, nominated PFM Subject Matter Experts will be asked to complete a questionnaire that asks questions about their overall knowledge of Project Financial Management. The results of this survey will be used to formally identify specific Subject Experts for various upcoming PFM initiatives.
It will take approximately twenty minutes to complete the questionnaire and will cover: * Introduction (2%) * Contact Information (10%) * PFM Related Systems (7%) * Project Structure (6%) * Materials (5%) * Subcontractors (8%) * Labour (6%) * Internal Plant (3%) * External Plant (Dry Hire) (3%) * Other Cost (11%) * Budget at Completion (9%) * Claimed Revenue to Date (3%) * Actual Revenue to Date (6%) * Forecast Expenditure (4%) * Other (9%) * Proficiency Questions (8%)
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to get your feedback to allow us to continually improve our service.
If you have questions at any time about the QuestionPro tool that supports this survey, you may contact the Project Financial Management team on 02 8668 6767 or by email at [email protected].
