This is the second questionnaire of the Study entitled "The Impact of Remittances on the Economic Status of UC Banilad College of Nursing Graduates". This questionnaire will collect data regarding the profile of the recipient family and relevant details regarding their utilization of the remittance.

Again, we wish to make it clear that your participation in this study is completely voluntary. And that there are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any question, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
