Parents Questionnaire

Dear Parents,

You are invited to participate in our Nursery Parents Survey. In this survey, approximately 40 parents will be asked to participate in a questionnaire about the Nursery service.

Your participation in this questionnaire is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this survey. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. Last years questionnaires were focused on children's choice and opinion. This year we are concentrating on staff assessment and therefore are not offering a scale or grade but would prefer if you could make relevant comments. This would be very helpful and assist towards our inspection recommendations.
