SDA Pain Team Survey

Hello Pain Team,

The Compensation Committee is evaluating the Pain Team Stipend. They said it is just part of a routine review of all stipends within the group, but my guess is that they are not doing the evaluation in order to raise our stipend. We need this survey completed by December 7th ... your stipend may depend on it.
