Organizational Climate Field Study Survey

You are invited to participate in my organizational climate field study survey. This survey is part of my final project for my Organizational Behavior class. The questions in this survey cover work environment, communication, training, benefits, job satisfaction and company loyalty. It will take approximately ten minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your supervisor has reviewed the questions and approved this survey. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can skip over the question or withdraw from the survey at any point.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
