We plan to kickoff new Opportunity Teams this year. In order to narrow down our list of potential opportunities, we asked prior Opportunity Team participants and Ideation Team meeting contributors to review suggestions collected to date. This group was comprised of the following individuals: Ryan Smyth, Jason Rini, Miles Weatherup, Jatin Gaba, Liz Prevas, Craig Marschinke, Dan Krems, Bill Kennedy, Michele Comarsh-Hein, and Sara Nomellini. As a result, here are the opportunities that were recommended with high interest (listed below in no particular order).

Money Movement Request Analysis Need to identify volumes for the requests for money movement, assess viability and meaningfulness (large manual efforts required today). Encourage conversion to ACH wires from physical checks (as LPL charges a fee for wires).

Potentially have a team explore the efficiency gains and quantify long term savings for the hardware investment. Current high level cost estimates are $250 per monitor for 500 staff.
