We're developing a website called OpenLessons.tv
The premise is simple: We'll split up academic topics into very small mico-chapters. Anyone will be allowed to teach any or all of these micro-chapters in video form and upload their videos to our website. People viewing the entire course can rank each video, so over time we will to have a collection of the best videos teaching each micro-chapter. Everything will be online for free.
