We want to understand how older peoples mobility changes over time and how this affects their overall health. The results of the study will help inform doctors, carers, other health professionals as well as the general population about how to maintain mobility for longer.

We are recruiting people aged 65 and above who live in the London area. The study will take place over a two year period where we will ask you attend five sessions at our clinic. We will pay for your travel costs and you will be compensated at the end of the two years for your participation.
