MINDEF CIT Practitioner Course - Capability Planning & Management (CPM): This 2-day training course provides participants an introduction to MINDEF’s Corporate IT Capability Planning and Management Process Guide (CIT CPMPG) which is aligned with the Defence Capability Manual (DCM). The course aims to increase awareness and educate CIT practitioners on the three-phase “cradle to grave” process approach as well as the key principles, policies and concepts that govern and guide CIT capability build-up in MINDEF. Participants will also be equipped with techniques and tips to writing AOR. The course is targeted at CIT practitioners who are new to the MINDEF CIT environment as well as those who wish to obtain a refresher on MINDEF’s CIT governance and business processes.
 
MINDEF CIT Practitioner Course - Business Process Management (BPM): The 2-day course training will be based on the MINDEF Integrated Methodology for Business Transformation (iMBT), the MINDEF Corporate Information Technology Enterprise Architecture (CIT EA) Framework and the MINDEF BPR Life cycle methodology "BPM 360". The training method comprises introduction to best-practice BPM concepts, learning from local case studies how concepts have been applied, participating in hands-on exercises and viewing demonstrations of our process modelling tool (i.e. ARIS).
