OB Team Stipend Survey

The Compensation Committee has the 2008 objective of looking at stipends for all call teams and as such, we would like to get feedback directly from the OB Team. We are asking that this survey be completed by Friday, May 2nd.

2. Do you feel the COMBINATION of stipend amount AND next-day priority level is fair? ($300 weekdays, $600 per weekend day)

3. If the stipend level was determined by a fixed unit rate rather than a flat dollar amount, would you be supportive of this change? (For example, if the weekday stipend was 6 units per call at $50/unit, the value would be $300 per call) This would fluctuate as the incentive unit value changed up or down and be potentially paid on a quarterly basis.
