The RN evaluation for Carol Foss is being conducted online this year and we are looking for your participation in this important process.
We are asking for this evaluation to be completed no later than December 14th
. Please review the following summary of progress towards Carol's Goals & Objectives:
1. Utilizing time effectively. I have become familiar with hospitals that I do rounds on daily. Hospital census and specific follow-up for physicians are criteria used to develop and manage my schedule.
2. I have and will continue to follow up with physicians regarding to patient issues and/or regional anesthetics as appropriate.
3. Will continue to be interactive with co-workers to improve communication and foster cohesiveness and, when necessary, to provide feedback to management in order to maintain and improve company integrity.
4. To continue to assist and support other field staff.
5. To continue to identify opportunities to promote SDA services to Surgeons.
6. Attended Kidney Transplant Workshop at PAH, Retreat in the Rockies (RAMPANA) weekend workshop, and Precedex lecture and CNI workshop at the end of November.
7. Regular attendance at QI meetings.
8. Regular attendance at Staff Meetings.
