My name is Temesgen Philipos Tesema, I am a post graduate student at Computing and Informatics School of Dilla University in specialization of Master of Science in Computer Science and Networking and I am conducting this survey of network monitoring systems for my thesis entitled "Analysis and Design Proposal of Network Monitoring and Management System in Ethiopian Higher Institutions"

Participation in this study is voluntary and there are no foreseeable risks involved, Any data collected will be aggregated and remain totally confidential.
