Mulcahy Brothers Employee Survey

Hello everyone, this is Michael and I have been tasked with conducting an employee survey. My parents and I have had multiple discussions lately about how we can improve and further organize Mulcahy Brothers as a company. We all agree that the foundation for Mulcahy Brother's past and future success is the great work performed by everyone of you. We have received Angie's List Super Service awards the last 4 years and we are on track to receive another this year. These awards are a testament to your hard work, professionalism, and great skills. We thank you very much!

Mulcahy Brothers has many strengths but there are also areas that we can improve on. One of those areas is communication. I feel that it is very important that we listen to the feedback that you give us, so that we can improve our job process, pricing, and any other area that you feel can do better.
