As a part of a graduate course at the University of Toronto, we are conducting this survey to investigate ―Title of the survey‖. Main purpose of this survey is to test various methods of data collection that are necessary for evaluating transportation and land use policies. Your participation will give us hands-on training on how to design travel surveys while maintaining ethical and technical limitations. Your participation is completely voluntary (no compensation will be provided) and you have the right to withdraw at any time during the survey. We confirm that there is no risk involved in participating in this survey and your cooperation will help graduate students to enhance their knowledge and skill, which is necessary for our city, region and country.
