The researcher is a student in Asian Pacific University College Of Technology & Innovation conducting a project titled Automated Mobile health record system to be applied in Botswana hospitals, the system will be a mobile applications used for the medical record systems and hospital work flow thus improving productivity and efficiency of the hospital.The purpose of this questionnaire is to obtain information of the current health system of Botswana hospital and evaluate and analyze the information which will be used to influence the development of the proposed system. This questionnaire is intended for nurses working in hospital. Please contribute to the influence of developing a successful mobile application which meets the user requirement of the hospital by answering the questions below.
