School Climate Survey for Classified Staff

This survey is an opportunity for you to help Millbrae School District study its current “school climate” and move in the direction of its Mission and Vision.

Your name will not appear on this survey and it is important that you are thoughtful and honest with each response. The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete.

Your individual answers will be completely private and unknown to others. The more Staff that respond the more we will learn.

Please complete your survey as soon as possible, and by Thursday April 3 the latest.
