Hello:
You are invited to participate in a survey conducted by a group of collegiate students. We are issuing this survey in accordance with our graduation requirements with the hope of gaining critical knowledge on a specific issue. In this survey, approximately 100 veterinary clinics from cold weather states will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the medical treatment of feral cats in the Fall and Winter months. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
