The Youth Leadership Conference is an annual gathering that provides you the opportunity to meet other Canadian youth posted to Europe. The conference takes place at different locations in the fall. It can include dynamic speakers, could be adventure training based, or a combination of both. The goal is provide you with a variety of leadership and communication skills and the ability to share your Europe experience with your peers. |

The intention of the program is to help the incoming youth with the transition by sending emails prior to their arrival, to provide information on their community, and to answer questions which the incoming youth may have.
