SOVA are contracted by Serco to deliver a mentoring service for Job Deal participants in the East of England. SOVA are constantly reviewing the service as part of their continuous improvement activity to ensure it continues to meet the needs of users. Feedback from Case Workers about their experience of the service is an important part of this approach to continuous improvement.

We are asking staff to take a few minutes to provide feedback in advance of the next Serco Operational Network meeting on 14 March. SOVA will be attending the meeting as part of their ongoing review activity. We realise that not all staff are able to attend the meeting, so would like to gather your views to contribute to a productive discussion at the meeting.

There will be no identifiable information within this survey so you can be totally frank and honest about your experience and will also have the opportunity to say what you would like to see from the service in the future.
