Hi Folks

I would appreciate you taking a few minutes to send me some feedback regarding the training sessions for Medicare….mostly geared for staff who had minimal to no experience with Medicare and the benefit structure. It did not get into the specificity of areas in Part B for DME and HH that are problematic.
This survey will help me decide if that additional training is needed and if so, what you see as a forum that will work better.

The survey should take less than 10 mins. I will use your suggestions and comments to structure future sessions since we all learn differently. I also want to be sensitive to the time frames and your busy schedules.

In the future we hope to have on line sessions and taped presentations that you can do at your convenience however for now we are going with what we have available.

I would appreciate it if you could address the questions in terms of the 3 sessions and rate them separately with your comments aligned with the sessions.

1. Overview of Medicare in general with clarity on Part A
2. Part B DME
3. Part B Home Health

Comments and suggestions, along with critical observations are greatly appreciated.

In addition, there are few topics of interest to Aspire that I am planning on discussing with Pravina for education CEUs; geared to Medicare but also prevalent in other age bands. On the list is;
• End of life: respite care, palliative care, hospice,
• Chronic kidney disease ( CKD) through to ESRD and managing that member
• BH and SA issues. Including depression
• Hep C
• Home safety

Thank you all for your attendance and active participation. You were great!
