Hello:

This year, as every year for ten years, as a Director of the McNair Scholars Program at Grand Valley State University, I need to contact you for our annual tracking report. In addition, I would like to use this as a time to re-establish contact and to see if I can be any assistance to you in reaching your academic and professional goals.

In terms of tracking, I only need to know a few things. I would prefer if you filled out the following online survey,it only takes a matter of minutes. If you are not comfortable with using surveys online please feel free to contact me by e-mail at [email protected] or call our office at (616) 331-3441.

If I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am in the office most days Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00. If I happen to be out of the office, please leave your phone number and I will return your call promptly.
