This survey provides a mechanism for you to identify training opportunities to improve our skills and enrich the talent within MC-PRS.  Thr courses identified in this survey are provided through Coursera (www.coursera.org).  You will find the direct web address to each course next to it's name.  Copy and paste into your web browser to read more about the courses that interest you.

Access to most, if not all, of these courses is free.  There is an option to pay for the courses for those interested in obtaining a certification or receive credit from the educational institution.   

The training courses are divided up into 3 sections: Quality, Communication and Enrichment.

There are additional questions regarding office applications and training not specifically addressed in the survey.

The survey should take between 15 and 30 mins depending on how much you reserarch the courses.
