In this survey, Corvallis/Albany residents will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about your opinions, expectations and predictions for a business like ours . It will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Magical Happenings is a specialty retailer that will open early in 2012 in Albany, OR. It is a 3-part store: a New Age/metaphysical supply shop, a functional glass shop, and a coffee shop. Each part will have its own distinct section, but they will all be in the same building. Together, these three shops make up Magical Happenings.
The New Age/metaphysical supply will sell products like incense, candles, herbs, stones, statuary, books, ritual supplies, and various curios/knick knacks.
The glass shop will sell products such as tobacco (pipe tobacco and cigarettes), functional glass (i.e., pipes, water pipes, bubblers, hookahs, etc.), and other smoking accessories (i.e., grinders, rolling papers, pouches, etc.). The glass shop will be divided from the rest of the store and all customers must be 18 or older with valid ID to enter.
The last part will be a small coffee shop that will sell coffee, smoothies, and simple baked goods, such as pastries, cookies, muffins, and brownies.
As you answer the questions presented in this survey, please think about the three stores that make up Magical Happenings. We would like your opinion of the idea of the store as a whole, and your ideas on each separate section - what you like, don't like, and any suggestions you may have.
