Dear Sir/Madam,
You have been invited to participate in a pilot survey to gauge the Leadership Team (LT) members on three pre-determined Lominger-based competencies. A pool of respondents comprising of the LT’s superiors, peers, subordinates and up to ten (10) other employees nominated by the LT will also participate in this survey. A final weighted score will then be calculated based on the compiled results.
A bit of background: An exit poll survey conducted immediately after the last PMS Work-Out Lab communication session indicated a clear mandate for the Lab outcomes to go into implementation mode. This survey is one of the recommendations made by the Lab and the competencies have been identified from a list of leadership competencies to be implemented in the near future.
Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
