Good morning!  On January 12, there is a meeting scheduled to discuss the following topics:

-ways to standardize planning, save time, and cross-pollinate

-assessment building

-connections to the framework

-development of best practices

In preparation for that meeting, I was hoping to gather some information and perspectives that will help Meridith and I formulate an agenda that will make the most of our time together.  Please take a moment to answer the following 7 questions. Feel free to elaborate as much (or as little) as you like and bullet ideas if it makes it easier for you to convey your response. If you are able to do so prior to leaving for the winter break, that would be fantastic as it would allow us to hit the ground running in January.

Many thanks for your time and insight.  I greatly appreciate the collaborative nature of the T&L team and the willingness of everyone to work together for the benefit of the students.

Envisioning a common lesson plan bank, what are some of the features that you would like to see encompassed within? Examples might include: * ability to remove and add individual elements of multiple lesson plans (the Frankenstein approach); * a repository of handouts; * a uniform "plan" template; *etc...
