Dear Learner:Your participation is greatly appreciated. The responses to the questionnaire are used to improve the instruction for the online course in statistics.1) Six stems are rated disagree, neutral or agree. The items pertain to knowledge about course requirements, instructor responsiveness, making a substantive contribution, understanding the rubric, quality of discussions, and tone of the instructor.2) There are three open-ended questions.
