You are invited to participate in this brief Leadership Survey.   A leadership survey enables individuals to learn valuable information about their leadership styles, competencies, and behaviors. The purpose of our leadership survey is to identify development priorities for ministry leaders.

The survey contains 7 questions about leadership best practices that empower and strenghten church ministries.  It will take approximately 7 minutes to complete the survey. Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary but encouraged to gain the full benefit of the workshop. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this survey.
