Leadercast Purpose:
To continue building a culture of continuous learning through influential leaders who embrace growth and development and promote an atmosphere of excellence. The Leadercast event is an attempt to expose THR’s Talent Academy Alumni and recent graduates to an epic leadership experience that will encourage them to become intentional about raising their standard of leadership that will have a direct positive impact on their teams.
